Organizing a party can seem an arduous task; a mountain of detail to consider, decide and then follow up on. The Singapura party planning staffare specially trained to assist with any aspect of your party, from start to finish.

Once you have decided on a date and a guest list, we will help you design the perfect menu for the occassion and your budget We have many set menus from which to choose, or you can create your own "personal favourites" for a very special party. Freshness, flavour and variety are the keys to the Singapura cuisine and our unique range of canapes are the ultimate party food - never big enough to stop the conversation but certainly tasty enough to start one.

To accompany the delicate flavours of the Singapura cuisine, we have created an "International House Wine" selection. You can choose from a range of excellent wines at reasonable prices that are guaranteed to enhance the flavours of the food. For more formal or celebratory occassions we can also offer a range of fine wines and champanges, as well as cocktails and liquers.

To invite your guests simply select a design from our range of invitations to suit every occassion. We would take care of everything else, from hand addressing the envelopes for a very formal affair, to including inserts for a theme party or special promotion.

Our external catering service can include a team of waiting staff to make your parties hassle free. We have a flexible and professional approach, working to any budgets and special requirements.

Cold Buffets including

Rainforest salad of mango, pineapple and orange with celery and prawns dressed with lime and shallot oil
Thai glass noodle salad with wood ears, mushroom, celery and prawns with lemon grass and chilli dressing
Malay salad of blanched vegetables - shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber and tomatoes with hardboiled eggs topped with spicy peanut sauce.

Nonya Opor Ayam - Chicken cooked in spicy lemon grass sauce
Nonya tiger prawns cooked in tamerind and lemon grass sauce

Tamarind Chicken with roasted coriander
Sesame pork with lemon grass and ginger marinade

Combination buffets start from £15.00 per head.
