What is 'How to Cook Asian'?

A two hour workshop on cooking, presenting and serving Asian food. It begins with an interactive demonstration followed by a practice session and completes with a three-course meal.

Who is behind the cookery classes?

Maureen Suan-Neo, executive chef of Singapura Restaurant Group, teaches 'How to Cook Asian'. Aside from offering her own cookery classes, she has captivated audiences at Le Cordon Blue in London, the Restaurant show, the Ideal Home Show at Olympia and other events. Her menus can be sampled daily at Singapura's three branches.

What does it cost?

Classes cost £95 plus VAT per person which includes welcome drinks, a three-course dinner and wine. In addition we provide gloves, aprons and other amenities.
